Mineshree is a Registered Industrial Psychologist with more than 10 years’ experience in HR and 6 years educational experience. Mineshree is currently involved in academia where she lectures in Industrial Psychology at the University of the Western Cape (UWC). Her specific areas of teaching and research are Human Resource Management, Organisational and Consumer Behaviour and Psychology. Mineshree has completed her Masters studies in the field of Industrial Psychology.
